About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

My name is Azzi and welcome to Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Burlington Northwest!

My Kumon journey began when I became a Kumon parent. I have witnessed the unbelievable development and success that my child has gained through Kumon. Due to my strong belief in the Kumon Method, I started recommending the program to my relatives and friends for their children to build a strong foundation in Math and Reading, similar to what my child experienced. I then decided to dedicate my energy to become a Kumon Instructor.

Whenever I work with my students in the centre, I’m realizing how much potential each child has when given the appropriate time and individualized instruction that they need. Hearing about their improvements not only in school but in doing their daily work gives me so much pleasure than spending time with students each day in the centre has become my passion!
As we say in Kumon, “There is never good enough, there is always something better”. With my background in Mechanical Engineering and continuous comprehensive training as a Kumon Instructor, I’m excited to always learn something new. My goal is to help my students experience success and honour by discovering their own full potential.
