Before becoming a Kumon Instructor, I was a research associate with Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Being in research for a decade, I am fully aware of the importance of self-learning, perseverance and grit, which are not easily taught. I explored the Kumon Method of Learning when my sister-in-law opened her Kumon Center in Skyview, Calgary. The Kumon Program inspired me since its long-term goals develop the valuable traits of self-learning, confidence and perseverance in kids. From there, I chose to be a Kumon Instructor to help our new generation and serve the community. Moreover, I worked in various positions at my brother's Kumon Center in Nolan Hill NW Calgary. This experience enabled me to obtain a solid perspective, which I carry with me as an Instructor guiding children down the pathway to success. I look forward to applying my knowledge and helping your children achieve excellence.
