Prior to becoming a Kumon Instructor, I was an engineering consultant with my Master of Engineering from the University of Calgary. My experience began with Kumon in 2013 when I enrolled my son and daughter in Kumon’s Centre in Calgary, AB. Working and helping my wife at the Kumon Centre of Calgary-Skyview, I came to realize further about Kumon while helping and guiding students in the daily classwork. While there, I was immediately impressed by how young children were able to work independently on similar math problems to those which I encountered while I was a student in high school. As any curious problem solver, I wanted to learn more about the Kumon Method and how it worked; and the more I learned, the more I wanted to be involved. The experience of working in various positions within a Centre has enabled me to obtain a solid perspective, which I now carry with me as an Instructor, guiding children down the pathway to success. I look forward to applying my knowledge and helping your children reach the fullest heights of their potential.
