Khevna McCain currently lives in Parker, Colorado. She is married and has two children ages 18 and 16. She was born and raised in India. She received her Bachelor’s in Science and Masters in Social Work from India. Her passion to learn and study Special Education brought her to United States. She pursued her second Masters in the field of Special Education. She also went to receive her Education Specialist degree and Principal License from the University of Colorado, Denver. She has been an Educator for over 18 years. She has worked in private and public school settings in the state of Illinois and Colorado. She worked as the Department Head of Special Education/Learning Specialist in the Douglas and Cherry Creek School District for over 8 years. She has been an Assistant Principal for Douglas and Cherry Creek School Districts for K-12. She has an extensive experience working with children of all ages K-12 in elementary, middle, and high school setting.
Her passion for Kumon began when both of her children started Kumon at an early age and saw their confidence and knowledge grow. She became a firm believer in Kumon’s philosophy and proven results as seen in her own children’s academic success. Her lifelong learning passion turned towards Kumon where she could bring a bigger impact on kids’ education and their self-confidence. She enjoys doing mixed martial arts, spending time with her family, and traveling in her leisure time.
