About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Bava Madan is the embodiment of consistency, compassion, and boundless enthusiasm. Her diverse journey through life has been marked by a commitment to nurturing, teaching, and inspiring those around her. From her role as a preschool director to her work with college students in India, Bava has left an indelible mark on countless lives. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish successful Lego Robotics classes, where she not only imparted knowledge to children aged 5 to 14 but also directed and hosted First Lego League tournaments.

One of her former students fondly recalls, 'I had the best time in her class. The class was really fun, and she made things easy to understand.' Bava's teaching methods were not limited to her students alone; she applied the same techniques to her own children, Saksham and Sahaj, with remarkable results. Her guidance and support led to her older child achieving nearly a perfect score in the SAT and securing a top 8 position in an international debate competition.

However, Bava's true magic lies in her kindness and unwavering commitment to ensuring that no child is left behind. Her compassion shines through in everything she does. As the world evolves, Bava remains a constant beacon of care and dedication. Her life is a testament to the transformative power of consistent love, support, and education.
