About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

My name is Sarit Parmar, and I am the Instructor at Kumon of Marietta - Paper Mill. I would like to give you a brief glimpse of my background and experience. Before becoming a Kumon Instructor, I pursued my passion in the field of Mathematics as my major in college, and later enjoyed teaching International High School students. My journey with Kumon began when my son enrolled in it, and I was thoroughly pleased with what he accomplished under their guidance. The idea of getting ahead of your grade level, at your own comfortable pace, really impressed me. Here at Kumon, we aim for students to get a solid foundation and the required skills to excel in both Math and Reading.

I spent one year in the rigorous Kumon training program and have become a Certified Kumon Instructor. I look forward to helping each child achieve their full potential.
