Shashank Dubey has had a passion for math from early childhood, which led him to pursue a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He designed and commissioned a few of the specialty chemical plants for Unilever. After receiving his Masters in Business Administration, Shashank led several projects for electronics manufacturing companies impacting many aspects of the business. As a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Lean Practitioner, Shashank has also been a facilitator and a coach.
Archana Dubey has devoted her career to the education of children. After completing her M.S. in Chemistry, she taught high school science. While enrolled in a PhD program in Physical Chemistry, she worked as a Teaching Assistant and taught chemistry to high school juniors and seniors. She became interested in the Kumon Program as a parent and opened the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Nashua in 2000. Nine years later she opened another center in Bedford, NH.
Archana is one of the founding members of the team that set up the Shishubharti school of Indian Culture and Language in Nashua. She was also one of the finalists for The New England Woman of the Year Award in 2003, a recognition for her contribution to education.
