About the Instructor

Ms. Millet Calleja has been the certified Kumon Instructor for over 15 years. She is the instructor for both the Kumon North Burbank and Kumon of Glendale centers.

She personally believes in the all-important mission of educating and preparing tomorrow's leaders for the competitive world by instilling confidence, discipline, and a love of learning via the Kumon Method.

Millet has a great passion for education on all levels and wants to help children achieve a higher level of learning through this time-honored method.

Meet Ms. Millet

Ms. Millet Calleja graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and was a Certified Public Accountant. She held different senior managerial jobs at various multi-national companies such as CBS Studios and Nestle USA.

As a mother of three children, Millet's original motive for opening her center was to ensure that her own children succeed in school. Throughout Millet's experience as an instructor, she has helped hundreds of students improve their proficiency in Math and Reading, as well as develop good study habits that help them enormously in school.
