With 15 years of experience and counting as a certified Kumon Instructor, I developed my abilities to keenly observe and analyze students' work skills. With ongoing monthly training from Kumon and learning from case studies with fellow instructors keeps me motivated to further enhance my skills.
Working closely with students to understand study patterns and thus create the study plans to tailor to the needs of the student is my greatest strength. Setting appropriate goals to students with structured plans by providing constructive feedback and challenge them to use full potential is ongoing continual process I see my success in students success
