It brings us great joy to announce that Ms. Ngoc Nguyen has been voted as our 2023 Kumon Staff of The Year!
Ms. Ngoc joined our team in 2022, and since then, she has continuously impressed us with her unwavering dedication to the Kumon method and her commitment to transforming students' mindsets about learning. Her positive energy uplifts all of us, especially during challenging times, and her willingness to take on extra responsibilities in supporting her teammates is truly commendable.
One of Ms. Ngoc's most admirable qualities is her openness to feedback and her constant strive for self-improvement. She approaches every task with enthusiasm and is always eager to learn and grow professionally.
We are incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Ngoc as part of our Kumon family, and her contributions have not gone unnoticed. Her passion for education and her ability to inspire both students and colleagues make her truly deserving of this honor.

2023 Math Program Completer
Eric’s Kumon journey began in 2018 when he transferred to our center from another Kumon location. Since then, he has shown extraordinary dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, truly setting him apart.
His progress has been exceptional, consistently earning platinum awards every quarter for studying at least three years above his grade level. What makes Eric’s success even more remarkable is the unwavering support and encouragement he has received from his parents.

2023 Kumon Parent of The Year
Marcee began her Kumon journey in 2021, enrolling her 3-year-old daughter, Ollie. Like many parents, Marcee faced challenges along the way—particularly when Ollie encountered difficulties while studying above her school-grade level. Despite these hurdles, Marcee's commitment to her daughter's education remained unwavering.
With determination and perseverance, Marcee supported Ollie through each obstacle, always by her side. What truly inspires us about Marcee is her steadfast belief in the learning process and her dedication to enhancing Ollie's educational experience, step by step. Her commitment to understanding learning concepts and nurturing Ollie's growth is a true reflection of what it means to be an exceptional parent.

2023 Kumon Student of The Year
Ananya began her Kumon journey in 2019 at the young age of 3, starting with Reading level 7A and Math level 6A, along with the Z worksheets to develop her pencil skills. Her dedication and hard work have led to remarkable progress over the years.
Now a 2nd grader, Ananya is excelling at long division in Math level D and focusing on advanced reading comprehension in Reading level DI. Her story is a testament to the incredible growth that can be achieved through perseverance and the Kumon Method.
