About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Mrs. Pallavi Pandya completed her M.S. in Biological Sciences from California State University of Sacramento. In the past, she worked as a Research Assistant, Research Scientist, Recruiter, Consultant and a Teacher. She has more than 7 years of experience as a College Professor and she has taught at Yuba Community College, American River, Sacramento City and Cosumnes River College. She has been running the Kumon Center of Roseville since 2007.

Teaching is her passion and she enjoys working with young kids. She believes in the Kumon method and its value. She is dedicated to helping students reach their true potential and become confident, motivated and independent learners. She looks forward to working with your child and help your child learn the skills to be successful at school and beyond.
