Deeksha Karthick : Started Kumon at Pre-K

Deeksha

I'm very thankful and feel that I made the right decision on putting Deeksha in Kumon's Reading and Math class. I could see a significant development in her reading skills at the age of 5 years. Deeksha started reading books by herself and initiated to try new words. I would like to thank you and Miss Camryn and other assistants for their patience and the effort.

And also thanks for the card game gift, which opens up an additional hobby which improve her concentration.

Regards, Karthick

Maddie : Enrolled during pandemic

Hi Rakhi,

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all that you have been doing with Maddie. A few weeks ago we had her parent teacher conference and today, I got her report card and she scored advanced in several areas in math where she only ever scored proficient in the past. I was so afraid of her falling behind this year due to virtual instruction, but your center and the Kumon Program has not only kept her on track, but increased her skills. I can’t wait to see how your curriculum continues to improve her math skills in the future!

Sincerely, Jenn Natale

Abby V.'s Story

Abby started her Kumon journey at a very young age as a Pre-K student. She is one of my students who finished the Kumon Reading Program in 2013 (8th grade) and Math Program in 2015 (10th grade). While doing Kumon she was also committed to Martial Arts, (she is currently a third degree black belt), Piano classes and different sports activities. She entered middle & high school with many AP and Honors courses and she was still able to volunteer at the hospital while helping younger students at our center. She was one of my very committed assistants. Managing many activities, courses and responsibilities was never easy but her hard work, perseverance and "never give up" attitude was the key.

She has decided to continue her higher education at the New Jersey Institute Of Technology studying Biology with their honors school and with a full scholarship!! We wish you all the best.
