About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Hello, My name is Tondra Dutta. I am a Certified Kumon Instructor and began my journey with Kumon after watching my own child develop skills and work ethic that has impacted his life through the years.

I create an individualized daily study plan specific to help unlock the potential of each child. Kumon Math and Reading of Roanoke works to develop accuracy in completing the assignments within a designated time frame to help increase self-confidence, self-reliance, and motivation. I received my Master's Degree in Business Management from The University of Pune.
