Biography
Welcome to Kumon of Bloor West Village! It is great to come back to Bloor West after a 20 year hiatus. I am a numbers fanatic and I love sharing my knowledge with others. I have enjoyed training and developing people throughout my adult life. Working with children – my own included – has been very satisfying especially as they become successful adults making positive contributions to society. The coolest time with children is when I pick their brains with teasers appropriate to their age and watch them come for more. At the Center, I will be the resource, coach and instructor to help them unlock their potential and become independent learners.
It is uplifting and very rewarding to work with young minds. That is the reason I have chosen to operate a Kumon center. The strengths I bring to the position clearly cover all areas of academic and overall development of children.
Seeing everyone excelling at school and university and growing to be successful adults with satisfying careers and bright futures brings me happiness and joy that will last a lifetime.
Coaching young children has reinforced my belief in them and their ability to shoot for the stars when guided, supported and celebrated with them. Success is a journey not a destiny and students at the center enjoy frequent successes. Every minute they spend working on their Kumon worksheets, every achievement test they ace and every other milestone they reach is a testament to their determination to surpass goals and realize dreams. Their bottomless potential well is harnessed through perseverance, hard and smart work and the will to believe in themselves.
The combined support of the center and cooperation of the parents will propel every student to a new height. Students at the center are treated as gifted ...
