About the Instructor

Lisa is an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, she serves as a mentor who guides your children through their work while providing direction, support and encouragement. She creates a study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and emphasizes the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped her students increase self-confidence, and develop the ability to edit their own work creating a well rounded capable learner. Like all Kumon Instructors, Lisa has a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Lisa and her team have been operating Kumon of Wayne since 1996.  Their goal is to help make studying math and reading less frustrating for children, whether the student’s goal is to advance beyond grade level or to recover missing skills.  For students who are having difficulty in school, the Kumon program is a great way to fill the gaps in their knowledge so they can feel more confident in their studies.  For students who do not feel challenged enough by their school work, Kumon offers the opportunity to study beyond their grade level.  Lisa's son and daughter both completed the Kumon program and found it instrumental in fulfilling their educational as well as career goals. She and her team have also helped countless other children find success and confidence through the Kumon program.
