About the Instructor

Mrs. Tsai is a certified Kumon instructor with the latest advancement in the Kumon Method. She truly believes that each child is different and has unlimited potential to learn and can naturally advance intellectually. Mrs. Tsai enjoys helping students to improve their focus and motivating them on their studies. This results in improved math and reading skills. Mrs. Tsai has worked with all ages of students for over 10 years tutoring and providing support and assistance to all her students. Mrs. Tsai understands how important education is to every child and how it can impact their future. She will follow the Kumon philosophy and provide her students individualized programs to help their study.

Mrs. Tsai spends her time focusing on the right level of education at the right time for all her students at Kumon. She truly believes in the Kumon Method and is eager to share with all students and parents what exactly Kumon can do for you. She also believes the earlier you expose your children to Kumon, the greater the benefits.

Mrs. Tsai has helped a great number of students acquire better academic performances and improve their confidence level through effective study habits. She also assists children who need additional IEP support. It brings Mrs. Tsai joy when she sees her students improving and their parents acknowledge the difference in what she they have accomplished.

Mrs. Tsai obtained a master degree in accounting and certified with various process improvement and project management and she applies those exact principles in improving her instruction and enhancing her students learning experience every week at Kumon.
