About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, We serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. We create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and We emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, we have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Prachi Mandil

I am a Certified Kumon Instructor for the Kumon of Woburn. I am excited to embark on the Kumon journey with you all. I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from India and a Graduate degree in Computer and Information systems engineering from Nashville, Tennessee. I have worked 15 years in the Healthcare IT industry with multiple roles and responsibilities. I got introduced to Kumon 2 years ago when I became a Kumon parent. Having personally experienced the advantages of the Kumon method, understanding it very well from a parent’s perspective has made me a firm believer of the program. Hence when this opportunity arrived, I seized upon it. Looking forward to working with you and your children for many years to come.

Shruti Nair

I am thrilled to be a Kumon instructor for the Kumon of Woburn. I am very excited to have this opportunity to be part of your family’s Kumon journey. I have received an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from India. I have spent the last 15 years working in the financial sectors and Ophthalmology departments. I first became a part of Kumon when I worked as a Kumon assistant for a couple years and now as a Kumon parent, I have experienced and witnessed the advantages and positive impact of the program. I feel privileged to work with the amazing parents and kids of this community to know each child’s strengths, needs and motivations to enable them to be self-assured, self-reliant and lifelong learners.

Kumon Instructors collaborate closely with each student and their family to develop an effective study plan tailored to the student’s needs, whether for remedial support or advanced learning. They meticulously evaluate homework and classwork to ensure both speed and accuracy, adjusting the level of difficulty to maintain an appropriate challenge and ensure mastery of new skills as they are introduced.
