What makes your Kumon so special? The first answer is Miss Alysia loves what she does! Her enthusiasm for the students and parents shows, whether it is helping a student learn how to carry in addition (without writing the carry, of course), reading aloud, promoting better handwriting or even dashing to the lobby to say goodbye to a student. Helping the children get above grade level and to Kumon International Standard is a passion. She sets the tone and creates the culture of your Kumon.
Miss Alysia is not the only exclusive characteristic of the center. Promotions like $5 Target gift cards for homework turned in , the readathon and the upcoming bingo are all things that are only offered here. She creates all these promotions to make this center feel comfortable and fun for the students. Most of them never would sign up to do extra homework, but they do enjoy playing with Legos, putting together a puzzle or even playing Connect 4 after class with a new friend in the lobby (family room).
