Ms Lois earned a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from one of the top business schools in the United Kingdom, the University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School in Glasglow, Scotland; and a First Class Honors Degree in Accounting in the UK. Her last corporate position was in the executive management of a Japanese College. She is a firm believer in the benefits of the Kumon Method to help students develop a love of learning, advance academically, develop logic and communication skills, discipline, a strong work ethic, resilience and CONFIDENCE!
As a high achiever with a positive attitude, she had the opportunity to learn diverse cultures and different aspects of education being in Japan and Italy, and have worked with children for over 10 years as a private tutor, as well as being an avid volunteer in the Memorial Hospital in Colorado.
The Instructor is the person solely responsible for each individual child’s lesson plan and Ms Lois' experience in the education field helps her to be very aware of every student’s needs, and therefore able to determine their appropriate lesson plan.
She is passionate about bringing out the best in every child and believes that "Every Child Is A Story Yet To Be Told". In her leisure, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her family, practicing yoga, running and hiking, reading, playing the piano, and traveling.
