About the Instructor

My name is Christine Chung and I am the Instructor at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Cherry Hill. I am so glad that you are exploring the our Math and Reading Programs for your child. My personal history with this center began in 1989. My mother, Mrs. Yung Chung, opened the Cherry Hill center when I was four years old. For as long as I can remember, I have always been involved with Kumon.

My experience with the Kumon Program makes me unique as an Instructor. As a child, I was a Kumon Student and as a teenager, I worked in the center as a Kumon Assistant. Finally, when I graduated college in 2008, I began to work in our center full time. In 2018, I took over the Cherry Hill center from my mother.

The deep history and connection I have with the Kumon Program enables me to have a well rounded view when it comes to working with your child. I understand what it takes for students to achieve grade level and beyond.

Kumon has always been a part of my life, and I hope to share the wonderful benefits of this program with your child.
