About the Instructor

As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

Ms. Nishtha holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Business Administration. She has worked in the IT field for more than 15 years. The experience has taught her how to mentor and guide individuals through training and knowledge sharing.

Being a Kumon parent herself, she has observed the benefits of the Kumon program on children's educational growth and discipline. She loves to spend time with children and often volunteers as a class parent at her daughter’s Montessori school.  She decided to follow her passion to work with children and help them become life-long self-learners. 

She became a certified professional Kumon Instructor that further enhanced her knowledge and skills to assist children achieve their full potential. She is a strong believer of the Kumon methodology and has made her personal mission to meet and exceed the expectations of her students and families.
