About the Instructor

Introduction

I’m Ms. Veronica Rueda and as an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support, and encouragement. I create a study plan specifically for each child to allow them to continuously study at a level and pace comfortable for them. We work to develop accuracy in completing the assignments within a designated time frame to help increase self-confidence, self-reliance, and motivation. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

I am proud to have spent over 10 years being the Instructor of Kumon Math and Reading Center of Fayetteville. I have resided in the Northwest Arkansas area for 24 years with my family. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design. Prior to Kumon, I worked as an Arts teacher and a Spanish Instructor, and have been involved in children's education since 1994. My faith in the Kumon Method began with the confidence and success that it brought to my own son.

When away from the center, I enjoy volunteering in our community with the Rogers Humane Society, at my church's Youth Ministry as a teacher and at their Food Pantry. I also enjoy reading in my free time and I have been member of a book cub for several years. In addition to reading, I enjoy hiking with my husband and son. As my son prepares for college, I want to continue maximizing our family time.

It is my passion to see children achieve their dreams. I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you and your child to discuss these dreams and goals.
