Hello, My name is Greg Derrick. I have been a Certified Kumon Instructor for 11 years and began my journey with Kumon after watching my own children develop skills and work ethic that has impacted their lives through the years.
As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor for students to provide direction, support, and encouragement. I create an individualized daily study plan specific to help unlock the potential of each child. Kumon Math and Reading of Fort Worth – North works to develop accuracy in completing the assignments within a designated time frame to help increase self-confidence, self-reliance, and motivation. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The University of Texas-Arlington. I have resided in the Fort Worth area with my wife and three children since 2002. Aside from Kumon, I enjoy spending time in Student Ministry at my Church in Keller. One of my goals for the future is to attend as many Valedictorian speeches of my current and former Kumon Students as possible!
