About the Instructor

I am an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. We are Virtual right now but our methods are the same. Our worksheet based program fill in the gaps in learning and I strive to put a smile on every child's face through every step of learning. 

I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. 

Hello Everyone!! My name is Magadi Savitha (Ms. Savitha), the Instructor here at the Kumon of New Sudbury located at the Montrose Mall on Lasalle Blvd. 

A humble introduction about myself. A Computer Engineer by profession with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering several years of experience in teaching and in the IT Industry. Science and Technology have always been my strengths. Reading and Music are my hobbies. 

Worked as a Professor at the University in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering for several years and taught subjects like Java Programming, Data Mining, Computer Networks and System Modeling and Simulation. Teaching always has been my passion. My love for Math and Reading is what persuaded me to become a Kumon Instructor.
As a parent, I always wanted something extra for my children. I believe that a strong foundation builds a strong career, and this is why Kumon is here for us.
