Thank you for taking the time to get to know me!
I am a mom, and a dedicated and passionate Kumon instructor who loves to see children develop.
I have completed my undergraduate degree in Information Technology. I have worked in the corporate industry for over 15 years as a software engineer and project manager in the product development, telecommunications and supply chain sectors.
I have always wanted to do something on my own though, and I love working with children. So when the opportunity of operating a Kumon center came along, it was the perfect fit for me.
In my role as a Kumon Instructor, I create at-home study plans in addition to monitoring classroom assignments. I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame to get students to "master" each concept. I am always in touch with the parents to make sure that the student is working at the "just right" level. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.
I am proud to have this avenue to inculcate a love of learning, confidence and independence in students. I love to see the results when children start thinking and working independently and grow on to become able and self sufficient individuals that can make an impact on our society.
I do believe that the Kumon program has the strength to enable that in children when it is practiced true to its roots and philosophy.
Kumon of Randolph takes pride in nurturing children to reach their highest potential through persistence, independence and self-learning. The determined, capable children attending this center will build a strong local and global community.
