About the Instructor

Since stepping into the world of Kumon as a sophomore in high school back in 2016, my journey has been a testament to the transformative power of education. Embarking on this path, I never anticipated the profound impact it would have on both my professional development and personal growth.

My journey with Kumon has been one of dedication, perseverance, and unwavering passion. From my humble beginnings as a student, diligently tackling worksheets and grappling with mathematical concepts, to assuming the role of a manager at two different Kumon locations, the program has become an integral part of my life.

Throughout my tenure, I've had the privilege of working with over a thousand students, each with their unique learning styles, challenges, and aspirations. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience to witness firsthand the growth and progress of these students as they navigate through the curriculum, overcoming obstacles, and unlocking their full potential. Central to my approach at Kumon is my deep-seated passion for learning. I firmly believe that education is not merely about acquiring knowledge but fostering a lifelong love for learning. As such, I strive to infuse every session with enthusiasm, creativity, and a sense of joy, making the learning process not only effective but enjoyable.

Moreover, I recognize the importance of building a rapport with students based on trust, respect, and empathy. With a solid foundation rooted in the field of education, my journey began in 2016 when I embarked on a rewarding career with Kumon. Throughout the years, I've honed my expertise and passion for fostering academic growth and instilling confidence in students.

In 2019, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, a milestone that deepened my understanding of human behavior and learning processes. Armed with this knowledge, I transitioned seamlessly into my role as a manager at two distinct Kumon locations, where I dedicated myself to guiding students through their educational journeys.

Since October of 2022, I've been proudly serving the Randolph Kumon community, where I continue to leverage my background in psychology and my extensive experience with the Kumon method to nurture a supportive learning environment. My commitment to excellence and my unwavering passion for education drive me to empower students, cultivate their love for learning, and help them achieve their full potential.
