About the Instructor

My name is Ms. Inba and I am the certified Kumon Instructor at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of The Woodlands – Alden Bridge. As an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement. I create an at-home study plan in addition to monitoring classroom assignments, and I emphasize the importance of accurately completing each assignment within a designated time frame. This has helped many of my students increase self-confidence, thus becoming more self-reliant. Like all Kumon Instructors, I have a true passion for education and an earnest desire to help children succeed.

My belief is that a teacher plays a very important role in shaping the minds of children, especially in the early stages of their learning life. From being a Montessori Teacher in The Woodlands since 2010, I have experienced success in instilling self-confidence in students through positive guidance, individualized student approach, and self-guided motivation.  Kumon’s principles of self-reliance and motivation aligns with the principles I have been practicing all these years, and joining Kumon gives me a great opportunity to continue to pursue my passion. My goal is to bring a positive change in every student’s life in our community. 

My husband and I live in The Woodlands with our 2 children and our 2 dogs. We have been fortunate to have our children go to the stellar schools that the community provides. Our son is a high school junior and our daughter is a 8th grader in junior high. I am also a proud former Kumon parent.
