Get to Know Randy Ching
Aloha Kumon families,
My name is Randy Ching. I have been an active resident of the East Oahu community since 2009. My interest in becoming a Kumon Instructor was piqued after witnessing first-hand how the Kumon Method helped my son achieve new levels of academic growth and success after just a few years. In 2013, I became a certified Kumon Instructor and have never looked back.
I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment which answers to the needs of all individuals. With the Kumon method, we can hone student's focus and concentration skills, traits which are imperative for successful and sustainable learning. My goal is to get students excelling beyond grade level and keep them competitive in any environment.
Although communication with parents is always a priority, I strongly encourage communication with students as the key to developing a practical, productive, and impactful learning experience.
