About the Center

Welcome to our Kumon Math and Reading Center of Atascocita - Town Center! For more than 60 years, Kumon’s after-school academic enrichment program has helped children achieve success worldwide. We strive to instill in children the desire to achieve and the motivation to learn on their own. Whether your child is seeking enrichment, needs help catching up or is just beginning his or her academic career, Kumon is designed to help him or her develop a love of learning.

Students advance through the program at their own pace. Our emphasis on individualized learning helps your child become focused, motivated and self-reliant. We monitor each child’s progress to ensure comprehension before moving on to a new concept. With a strong academic foundation, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, your child has the potential to achieve whatever he or she desires.

The Kumon Math Program is a comprehensive curriculum that develops the necessary skills to help children progress from counting through calculus. For more information about the Kumon Math Program, click here.

Monthly Tuition for each student:
Math - $170
Reading- $170
Math and Reading - $320

One-Time Fees for each student at enrollment:
Registration - $80
Materials - $30

Kumon of Atascocita - Town Center accepts monthly tuition payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), personal checks, and cash.  EFT payment will be processed on the 28th day of each month. 

An advanced written notice (email to [email protected]) is required 30-days prior to the bank draft day (the 28th of the month) to notify any changes on the student's enrollment including taking a month break, switching subjects or discontinuing the program. For example, if the written notice is turned in on or before June 28th, the enrollment changes will be effective on July 28th. 

We enroll new students on a month-to-month basis. Although there is no enrollment contract, the long-term commitment is highly recommended for the students to receive the full benefits from the Kumon Method and to produce great results.

Please follow the four steps to enroll your child:

1) Call the Center: 281-812-4786 Option 1 to schedule a FREE Placement Test. Usually the Placement test will be one-hour for each appointment.  

2) Attend the Parent Orientation (right after your child finishes the test) to review your child's test result, discuss his/her Kumon starting point and the lesson plan. 

3) Submit your child's enrollment applications, tuition payment and choose the class schedule.

4) Your child is ready for Kumon!
