About Your Instructor
Nikki Allahverdi
I began my academic journey at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where I pursued a pre-medical major before relocating to Colorado to advance my studies in nursing. During my time in nursing school, I was introduced to the opportunity of becoming a Kumon Instructor through a role as a Kumon Assistant. That evening, I thoroughly researched the path to becoming a Kumon Instructor and, within forty-five days, I was accepted into the training and certification process.
My training commenced at Kumon North America's headquarters, where I spent two months developing my skills. Subsequently, I continued my training at the Cimarron Hills location, where I had already been working as an assistant for two years. The familiarity with the center and its stakeholders, including the center director who had previously been my supervisor, facilitated a smooth transition into the role of center director. This pre-existing rapport with students and parents was instrumental in my new role.
I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships within my community through Kumon, driven by my belief in the transformative power of the Kumon method. I am committed to enhancing each student’s academic career and boosting their confidence, ensuring they are well-prepared to achieve their full potential.
