About Your Instructor

Katrina Gomez

My name is Katrina Vicioso Gomez and I am the Instructor at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Doral.

I have a Bachelors degree in Education. I also earned my Master of Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University and I am a certified teacher in Florida with an ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) endorsement. Even though I have been an educator for over 12 years and I have taught at both the elementary and middle school grade levels, my most rewarding experience in education has always been fostering the love of learning in students. I have a passion for education and in my experience we can foster the love of learning in all children. All children can reach their full potential.
