Vinita was born, raised and received her Bachelor of Arts in Mumbai. She immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1990s and spent a few years as a before and after-school parent volunteer at her children’s grade school. She has always had a strong affinity to children, both as a mentor and supporter. Her natural positivity and energy have made it easy for her to find common ground with children, and adults, of all ages. She is an excellent listener, but also a motivator. She believes in her students and proactively works to instill qualities of independence, self-confidence and hard work in each of them. She firmly believes that each student has the potential to learn, grow, and develop, and she is committed to seeing each student succeed.
