About Your Instructor
Mamta Bajaj
My name is Mamta Bajaj, and I am honored to serve as the instructor and owner of Kumon Math and Reading Center of Dawsonville.
My experience with Kumon began 2018, when I co-owned a Kumon center. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the Kumon Method and what it takes to run a center that truly serves families - knowledge I now bring directly to my role as instructor here in Dawsonville.
My connection to Kumon goes back even further to when I was simply a parent. I enrolled both of my children in the program and watched them grow - not just academically, but in confidence, discipline, and independence. Seeing them reach Program Completer status, and seeing how that achievement shaped who they became, convinced me Kumon was something worth building a career around.
I also bring a bachelor's degree in accounting to my work, which gives me a structured, detail-oriented approach to tracking each student's progress and building an individualized study plan for every child.
That combination of business experience and personal conviction is what drives me today. I want every family who walks through our doors to see the same transformation I saw in my own children, and I'm committed to working with you every step of the way. I'm grateful for the chance to serve the Dawsonville community and to help more families experience what Kumon did for mine.
I am committed to fostering self-study habits, essential life skills, and elevated confidence in my students - empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
