About Your Instructor

POOJA MAKWANA

I hold an Associates Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. My journey with Kumon began as a parent in 2008. Seeing the academic success of my two children inspired me to become an Instructor. With 10 years of experience as a Kumon parent and over 13 years working with students as a Kumon instructor, I deeply understand the commitment required to succeed in this curriculum.

I thoroughly enjoy working with their students as a mentor, guiding them through their learning hurdles, and overcoming the 'Aha moments'. I believe that a combination of student effort, parental support, and expert guidance is the key to achieving desired results.

How Does the Assessment Work?

Your free assessment helps us understand your child’s current learning level so we can recommend the best starting point. During the assessment, your child will complete a placement test, and the instructor will review the results with you and explain how the Kumon Program can support your child’s individual learning needs.

There is no obligation to enroll, and you can reschedule your appointment at any time.
