Paarth holds a BA from the University of California, Irvine in Business Administration. Having attended Kumon as a child, I have seen the qualities that the Kumon Method and proper instruction instills in its students. Working at a Kumon center throughout highschool and during my undergraduate studies also fostered my love for teaching and mentoring students. My comprehensive training through Kumon North America and experience being a chief assistant at a Kumon Center for 6 years equipped me with practical experience to work with children of all ages. I witnessed the impact educators can make and the joy we can bring by motivating students to explore their full potential. I firmly believe that the love of learning comes from a burning desire to become better and stronger in life. Our children deserve to have a bright future by fostering this love of learning and I believe Kumon is the perfect pipeline for that. My strong background and experience in education empower me to nurture our students towards their growth and development.
