Important Message to Enrolled Families Regarding Text Messages.
We have been experiencing problems with our text message app (Remind, website https://www.remind.com/). A lot of families have not received our text messages. The app has not been able to identify and resolve the problem yet.
In order to maintain a reliable communication channel, please install the Remind app on your mobile phone. One you have installed the app, do not create a new account. Instead, login using your mobile phone number. The app will ask you to set up a new password and text you a 4-digit code to confirm. The app will ask you to input your phone number one more time to verify. Then, text you another 4-digit code to confirm. After the verification process is completed, you will be able to see all text messages, including old ones, sent to you. All future text messages will be directed to the app instead of the SMS/text message.
