About Your Instructor
Hui-Hui Chang
Welcome to Kumon Center of Mission Viejo - Civic Center!
As an Instructor, I serve as a mentor who guides your children through their work while also providing direction, support and encouragement.
I have degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Management Information System and worked for a Semiconductor Company before I joined Kumon. I discovered the Kumon Method while researching after-school academic programs for my two children and experienced first-hand how Kumon helps children succeed in classroom and real life.
I have been extensively trained as a professional Kumon Instructor who works closely with each student and his/her family to create an individual study plan best suited for each student, whether it is for remedial or enrichment purposes. Through assessment of both accuracy and speed of the student’s classwork and homework as well as through observation of student work skills demonstrated in class, I ensure that each student is at the appropriate level and pace of study to maintain challenge and motivation. My goals as an instructor is to help each student achieve his/her full potential in Math and Reading, build self-confidence, and develop a love of learning.
Once you schedule your parent orientation and I test your child, you will learn more about our program and see that Kumon is not just a tutoring center, but the doorway to a lifetime of success for our students. I look forward to meeting you and your children soon.
