About Your Instructor
Srisowmya Sanisetty
I'm Sri, I hold a Master’s degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology and bring over a decade of scientific research experience in the health sciences and biopharmaceutical landscape. Throughout my scientific career, I have contributed to 13 peer-reviewed publications and remained committed to work that makes a meaningful impact. I also serve on the Board of Trustees for a charter school and volunteer with nonprofit organizations dedicated to empowering communities through education and service.
As a Kumon of Milford Instructor and Center Director, I believe deeply in every child’s capacity to grow, thrive, and excel. My goal is to create a structured, encouraging learning environment where students build strong academic foundations while developing confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning. By partnering with families, I aim to recognize each child’s unique strengths and guide them toward becoming resilient and capable individuals.
My journey into the world of education and student development began as a Kumon parent over the past 2.5 years. Seeing firsthand how the Kumon Method helps children overcome challenges, develop strong study habits, and reach their long-term potential inspired me to support more students in building confidence, independence, and discipline, while guiding families to foster a positive and encouraging learning environment at home.
