About the Center

Introduction

Welcome to the Kumon Math and Reading Center of North Brunswick Rt. 130!

For more than 20 years, our Kumon center has been serving the North Brunswick community.  We are happy to continue our service and dedication to kids! Please stop by our center, and see Daniel Lee, our owner, for more information.

We pride ourselves on providing students with confidence in a safe learning environment.  We want our students to feel comfortable learning the material, and developing soft skills that they'll need to thrive in the future.  To learn more about our curriculum, click the links below.

The Kumon Math Program is a comprehensive curriculum that develops the necessary skills to help children progress from counting through calculus. For more information about the Kumon Math Program, click here

Policies

Attendance: To provide the appropriate amount of support and guidance, students need to attend class twice per week. Class times are scheduled. Class length varies based on the needs of each student. Estimated class times range from 20-30 minutes per subject.

Emergencies/Closing: We are open all year! Our center acknowledges all federal holidays, as well as some school closures. We provide plenty of notice to our families via various communications when we close for any reason. For weather related emergencies, we will close if North Brunswick Public Schools closes or if there is a State of Emergency.

Class Absences: If a student is going to be absent from class, please email [email protected] and we will provide the work in advance. If you are a Kumon Connect student, your work is available to you from anywhere internet service is provided.

Termination of Services: We require a 30-day written notice to suspend services. Simply email [email protected], 30 days prior to the first of the month your child will no longer participate in Kumon study. (For example, your family will suspend service in August. The email will need to be sent to terminate services no later than July 1st.)

Parent Conferences: We need to update you on your child's progress. Please be sure to sign-up for conferences. Open communication helps us deliver high-quality service. However, during class, our staff focuses solely on our students. Please meet with us outside of class hours.
