About Your Instructor
DULCE GANDHI
After obtaining my MBA degree with a minor in Management Information Systems, I worked for a major pharmaceutical company as a Project Manager & Principal Statistical Analyst for 16 years. I was recognized for my hard work and passion and steadily took on more responsibilities with the organization. I had the honor of working with incredible people around the world, while balancing my family life.
After years of corporate experience and being a Kumon Mom since 2003, I was ready to embark on my own Kumon journey so I opened a Center in March of 2012 and it has been a rewarding experience. I've personally seen my own children excel well beyond primary and secondary education. My daughter is a UPenn graduate and my son is a Lehigh University graduate, who both hold successful Wall Street careers in NYC.
I am strong believer in giving back to the community, so you will often find me actively engaging in various school fundraisers, cultural programs and theater shows. I am a firm supporter and an active member of PTOC, ACTS and Norwalk Education Foundation. I am also a board member of NICE (Norwalk International Cultural Exchange) and humbled to support Open Door Shelter food pantry. If you see me around the town of Norwalk, feel free to stop by and say hello.
I understand and appreciate what my community is doing for me and this is my time to give back. Being close to the community helps me create an engaging and positive classroom environment for each student to learn beyond their potential.
