About Your Instructor
Manvitha Argula
Before becoming a Kumon Instructor, I worked in the IT field, where I developed strong skills in problem solving, organization, and working closely with people. While I appreciated my experience in technology, I always knew I wanted to do work that felt more personal and meaningful. I have always enjoyed working with children and helping them grow, which is what led me to education.
My connection to Kumon is also very personal because I was a Kumon student myself. Having experienced the program firsthand, I understand the value of consistent practice, self learning, and the confidence that comes from mastering a skill step by step. Kumon played an important role in my own academic journey, and that experience inspired me to help other children benefit from the program in the same way.
As the Instructor at Kumon Math and Reading Center of Paloma Creek, I want to create a warm and supportive environment where students feel encouraged to learn, build confidence, and become more independent. I believe every child has the potential to succeed when they are given the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is not only to help students strengthen their math and reading skills, but also to help them develop discipline, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning.
I also believe that a strong partnership with parents is an important part of student success. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with families and working together to support each child’s progress. I am excited to serve the Paloma Creek community and help students develop skills that will support them in school and in life.
