About Your Instructor

IRENE KIM

Instructor Irene received a B.A. from UC Davis and a J.D. from Fordham Law School in New York City. More recently from 2007 through 2012 when she resigned, she was counsel at UBS Wealth Management in New York on the international law team.

Ms. Irene and her brothers grew up as Kumon students, along with her husband and his family. Now that she is a parent of two small children herself, she understands the value of the Kumon Method where children and young adults not only gain the basic essentials for a strong foundation in Math and Reading, but also cognitive skills in logic and reasoning, as well as non-cognitive skills that build character for a successful approach to life.
