All About Me:
As an extensively trained and certified professional Kumon instructor, I am proud to serve the next generation reach their full potential in learning the two most important subjects of a lifetime, Math and Reading. I serve as a mentor to guide children through their work while also most importantly providing encouragement. I am committed to customizing the Kumon study plan and collaborating with parents for students to meet and exceed grade-level standards. The goal of the Kumon method is for children to develop an increased self-confidence in their learning journey.
Background:
While earning my degrees in Education I was engaged in various child-care settings, learning valuable methods to teaching and nurturing children. Before Kumon, I taught with Bloomfield Hills teachers assistant, Pontiac second grade, and Birmingham Preschool. I have a true passion in helping children succeed.
