As the instructor at the Sugar Land – Sugar Creek Kumon Center, my role is to bring out the potential in each child. I am excited to work hand-in-hand with parents and guardians to help your children reach their academic goals.

My journey with Kumon began many years ago as a student here in Houston. Experiencing firsthand success through the program helped me develop a deep love of math and a lasting belief in the Kumon method. Today, I am proud to say that both of my own children are enrolled in the program.

I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration. Building on the strong foundation Kumon provided me, I spent over 25 years working in Finance and Healthcare Education within the Texas Medical Center.

Returning to my roots, I joined my former instructor's team as an assistant, which quickly reignited my passion for Kumon. Now, as an extensively trained and certified professional instructor, I serve as a mentor who provides direction, support, and encouragement. I create a customized study plan for each child, monitor their progress, and emphasize the importance of accurately completing assignments to build self-confidence and self-reliance. I look forward to working with your family to provide the highest standard of service and support.
