About Your Instructor
NASRA HUSSAIN
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Soon after, I graduated from Nagoya University (Japan) with a Master's in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Kumon, I worked as a civil engineer, a high school teacher of mathematics and also taught undergraduate students. As a Civil Engineer, I have strong mathematic, written, oral communication, and organizational skills. These traits motivated me to become a Kumon Instructor. I believe that early education is the gateway toward endless possibilities. As Abraham Lincoln once said, "the philosophy of the schoolroom in one generation is the philosophy of government in the next."
I have been the Instructor at Kumon of Sunrise since August 2010, making it ten years with this wonderful center and Kumon family. I love what I do and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to teach children and guide them on a path toward success. With my experience, I believe there's a way for any and all children to learn and I will do everything in my power to ensure I meet their individual needs through the Kumon Method.
