Kumon West Hollywood Operations Update During Heightened Cold/Flu/RSV/Covid Season

Our learning center is continuing to operate along local, county, and federal guidelines.  Currently, we are operating masks optional.  Anyone entering the learning environment with visible signs of illness are subject to a temperature check and may be asked to wear a mask. If illness symptoms are acute we will ask the student to pick up work for that day. We are striving to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our students, staff, and families on an ongoing basis.

Kumon is Growing!

Dear Kumon Families and Future Families,

Our learning center is growing very quickly and if you are enrolled you have likely noticed how busy the center is during class hours and particularly from 3:00pm-5:00pm.  We are quickly reaching maximum capacity and we would like to encourage our families to consider a later start after 5:00pm in order to better accommodate all of our students.  Please speak with the Center Director or Lead Assistant if you would like to move your scheduled time to later in the day.

PARKING AT SUNSET COLLECTION

Dear Parents,

Please be advised that construction directly across the street from Kumon West Hollywood, the new Sunset Millennium entertainment/housing/retail development, is ongoing.  The entire Sunset Plaza area is impacted with heavier than usual traffic and with limited parking around the construction site. Kumon West Hollywood is working diligently with Sunset Collection Parking management to ensure that our Kumon families are inconvenienced as little as possible.  Should parking be difficult there are other parking options close to the center and at Sunset Plaza.

Thank you for your patience during this busy time on the Sunset Strip and we look forward with you to reduced congestion as the Sunset Millennium project reaches a more advanced stage in the near future. 

Experienced Learning Center Assistant Opening

We are currently accepting applications for a learning assistant with availability on an ongoing basis.  If you have teaching/tutoring/Kumon experience, enjoy working with children, work well in a high-paced environment as part of a team, and have availability on one or more of our classroom days, we would like to speak with you.  We invite you to submit your resume/CV directly to the learning center at [email protected]  Please no phone calls.

At the orientation, you'll find out how Kumon's unique approach to learning can help your kids:

The instructor will prepare an individualized lesson plan for your kids and support them as they progress through Kumon.
