About the Center

Welcome to the Kumon Math and Reading Center of West Orange, NJ.  For the last 60 years, the Kumon after-school academic enrichment program has been helping children achieve success across the globe.  Our Kumon Center strives for the same success, motivating all of our students to perform at their highest potential.  We strive to instill in children the desire to achieve more, a love of learning, and the motivation to learn on their own.  Once your child is enrolled in our center, our objective is to help your child be successful academically and progress to advanced study.

The Kumon Math Program is a comprehensive curriculum that develops the necessary skills to help children progress from counting through calculus.  For more information about the Kumon Math Program, click here.

The Kumon Reading Program begins with basic phonics and progresses all the way through advanced reading comprehension.  For more information about the Kumon Reading Program, click here.

At the same time, we provide employment opportunities to local residents who are enthusiastic learners as role models for your child.  Currently, our staff is comprised of college students, high school AP/honor students, and my previous Kumon students.

Monthly fee
$180 per subject per child

One-time fees at registration
Registration Fee – $80 per child
Materials Fee – $30 per child
