About Your Instructor
Prachi Mandil
Prachi Mandil is a Certified Kumon Instructor at Kumon of Woburn. She brings a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from India and a Master's in Computer and Information Systems Engineering from Nashville, Tennessee.
Before joining Kumon, Prachi spent 15 years working in the Healthcare IT industry, where she held a variety of roles that sharpened her problem-solving and leadership skills. Her journey with Kumon began when she enrolled her own child in the program. Experiencing the growth and confidence it inspired at home, she quickly became a passionate believer in the Kumon Method.
That personal connection to Kumon sparked a desire to do more—and led her to become an instructor. Prachi is committed to creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students can thrive and develop lifelong learning habits.
Shruti Nair is the co-Instructor at Kumon of Woburn. She holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from India and brings over 15 years of experience working in the financial sector and in ophthalmology departments.
Shruti was first introduced to Kumon as a center assistant, where she gained firsthand experience in how the program supports student development. Today, as both a Kumon instructor and a Kumon parent, she has seen the real-world impact the Kumon method has on building confidence, independence, and a love of learning in children.
She is passionate about working closely with families, understanding each child’s unique strengths and challenges, and helping them reach their full potential. Shruti believes in nurturing self-motivation and resilience—skills that last a lifetime.
Together, Prachi and Shruti bring not only a wealth of knowledge and experience but also a deep personal connection to the Kumon Method—as both educators and parents. Their shared commitment to nurturing each child’s individual growth makes Kumon of Woburn a welcoming and supportive place to learn. They look forward to partnering with families to help every student build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
