About Your Instructor
Jaelah Franklin
My journey with Kumon began when I joined the Amarillo Center as Chief Assistant. In that role, I gained in-depth knowledge of the Kumon Method and developed a strong desire to help students succeed. Applying what I learned, I had the privilege of supporting and guiding students on their path to achievement, contributing to the success of multiple Kumon Program Completers.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business, and my passion for education is deeply rooted in my personal story. I was raised by a single mother who instilled in me the importance of perseverance, the power of education, and the value of believing in yourself. Those lessons shaped who I am and continue to fuel my commitment to helping children build strong academic foundations and develop a lifelong love of learning.
I wholeheartedly believe in the Kumon Method and Philosophy. Over the years, I have witnessed firsthand how consistency, daily practice, and encouragement can transform a student’s confidence and abilities. As an Instructor, my goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and structured learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
