RENU VARMA
My role as a Kumon Instructor is to bring out the best potential in each child. As an extensively certified professional instructor for almost twenty five years, I guide my students to become independent successful learners in life by guiding the to build study skills and conceptual knowledge while providing direction, support and encouragement.
I work together with parents and guardians to nurture their needs, challenges to strengthen their skills and performance for smooth progress within our curriculum.
in addition to my experience as an instructor and variety of job experiences, I bring along a Masters Degree in Economics and a Marketing, Advertising and Public relations. Truly, I have had a passion serving academic needs of the children towards building success along with confidence that started when I became a Kumon Parent.
With a conducive approach to lesson planning and a daily practice of assignments through Kumon study, our students are prepared with resilience to take on any challenges, break any barriers to reach enrichment goals overtime at their own pace of progress. This has been the lifetime experience of learning as I have guided thousands of students to become self reliant successful adults.
