Meet Bikram - Owner/Instructor at Kumon of Bedford, NH
I’m Bikram Ojha, Owner and Instructor at the Kumon Math and Reading Center of Bedford, NH.
With a background in accounting and a passion for empowering students, I found my calling in helping children reach their full academic potential. After earning my degree in accounting and working for several years as a corporate accountant, I discovered my true passion for education and helping children unlock their full potential. While I enjoyed my career in accounting, I realized that my heart was in teaching and empowering others to succeed. This led me to transition from accounting to become an educator, and ultimately, the proud owner of a Kumon center.
As a former accountant, I understand the importance of discipline, structure, and strong work ethic—values that are also at the core of the Kumon method. I wanted to use my skills and experience to create an environment where children could build their confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve academic success independently. Kumon’s focus on self-learning and mastery of basic concepts resonated deeply with me, and I knew it was the perfect platform to help children excel.
As the owner and educator of Kumon of Bedford, I am deeply committed to helping every student develop the skills they need to become independent learners and critical thinkers. The values that guided my career in accounting—attention to detail, consistency, and perseverance—are the same values I bring to my work with Kumon students. I believe that the Kumon program provides a powerful foundation for success in both academics and in life.
